Tina GrayTina Gray

Tina Gray joined Mayborn Baby and Child in June 1992 as an Own Label Gift Designer and has held various positions during this time including Gift Marketing Manager, Marketing Controller for the Gift Division and Head of Innovation before being appointed to her current position as Head of Design/ R and D and IBD Dept in Dec 2006.

Tina has great experience in developing innovative and creative solutions across all categories, ensuring that the Tommee Tippee Brands achieve the simply intuitive promise through insight led functional design which delivers true consumer benefits at every age and development stage.

Tina has managed project teams and delivered some of the key innovation successes for the business over the last 7 years, including Closer To Nature Newborn Feeding and Comforting, Explora Cups and the new TIU ranges. Having worked closely with Asian suppliers for over 20 years she has built up an extensive network and knowledge of many manufacturers and their various processes.

Prior to joining Mayborn , Tina began her career with LC Tailorwear a Children's Fashion manufacturer who supplied leading UK and US retailers and then moved to Lion Brush were she designed and developed Own Label Gift ranges for major UK Retailers and Global Cosmetic Brands. Tina completed her BA (hons) in Fashion and Marketing at Northumbria University.

She is a member of the Strategic Board for the Design Network North and also participates in mentoring the graduate development program at both Newcastle and Middlesbrough schools of Design.

Damian ButlerDamian Butler

Damian Butler began his career with Mayborn Baby & Child in May 2000 as National Account Manager for ASDA and Sainsburys and has enjoyed significant success with the company through development opportunities and promotion. He has progressed to Senior NAM on Tesco and then onto Business Unit Manager for UK Major Multiples as a support role to the National Account Controller. Damian was then promoted to Head of UK Sales in July 2008.

Damian has a wealth of knowledge and experience across the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical marketplace through a variety of sales positions. He began his career on the Boots Graduate Scheme as key account manager for Boots Healthcare International and from there to GR Lane Health Products as NAM for the UK Major Multiples.

He has recently successfully completed the High Performance Leadership Module at Cranfield and has an advanced Certificate in Marketing.
