So, we feel it’s only fair that they’re rewarded for their efforts. Our benefits package (detailed below) has been developed to help us attract, motivate and retain the best people in our industry and includes everything from subsidised wellbeing programmes to performance related pay.

Pension
The company operates a Group Stakeholder Pension Plan which you are eligible to join after successful completion of a probationary period.

Holidays
The company offers holidays of 25 days per year, plus bank holidays.

Choices Programme
The aim of the programme is to offer employees a range of wellbeing benefits that they can choose to participate in, or not – depending on each individual’s needs at the time. Some of the “Choices” are provided free by the company (with the option of upgrading at your own cost in some cases) and others are employee funded, but will provide good tax saving benefits to the individuals.

Currently incorporated under “Choices” are the following benefits:

Childcare Vouchers The Childcare Voucher scheme allows all employees with children up to the age of 15 to pay for registered childcare via salary sacrifice – which means the vouchers are tax and NI exempt
Cash Benefits Healthcare Scheme The company provides a healthcare scheme FREE OF CHARGE at the company sponsored level for all employees (plus their children up to the age of 18 who are in full time education).
Massage Service The company provides an on-site chair massage service which is available to all employees FREE OF CHARGE.
Chiropody Service The company provides FREE OF CHARGE in-house chiropody services for all employees.
