Steve Parkin - Chief Executive Officer

Steve Parkin is CEO of Mayborn Group and under his dynamic leadership the company has enjoyed massive growth and international expansion.
Mayborn’s flagship tommee tippee® brand remains the number one brand in the UK baby essentials market – but, with over 60% of sales now coming via international markets, we’re firmly established as one of the top brands in our sector worldwide.
Steve’s drive, innovation and ambition - together with his passion for putting mum and baby at the heart of everything we do - are behind our unprecedented global expansion. Since we entered the lucrative US market in 2010, we’ve gone from strength to strength and we’re now in Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Since 2010, tommee tippee has consistently appeared in the UK’s top 500 Superbrands as voted by consumers - and that clearly supports Steve’s corporate strategy and vision to make tommee tippee the number one mum to mum recommended baby essentials brand.
Steve has held a number of senior marketing, commercial and strategy positions, since beginning his career with UK toiletries and consumer goods firm Dewhirst Group Ltd.
He joined Mayborn in 1997 as European Marketing Controller, before being appointed to global board positions across Marketing, Sales and Commercial. He was appointed Managing Director in 2006 and in 2010 he took the helm as CEO.
A keen sportsman and committed dad, Steve has an Honours Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Northumbria University.
Martin Cooke - Global Brands Director

Martin Cooke is Mayborn’s Global Brands Director, with direct responsibility for growing tommee tippee® globally.
Martin joined Mayborn in 2008, in a move which brought him back to his native North East England. He says it was the chance to join a company with global growth ambitions - and to shape our vision and brand - that attracted him to Mayborn.
Martin is committed to putting mum and baby at the heart of our new product development and his digital strategy is dedicated to listening and sharing - so mums know they can count on top products and the best possible advice.
He has helped take tommee tippee to No1 in the UK baby essentials market and one of the leading global brands.
A highly skilled and experienced marketing professional, with strong strategic and operational skills, Martin has managed marketing at major blue chip companies.
At Reckitt Benckiser he led the Gaviscon and Senokot brands in the UK and managed the integration of the Nurofen brand following acquisition. He also headed up the Consumer Health division in Ireland. At GlaxoSmithkline, he managed leading brands including Macleans and NiQuitin.
An accomplished musician, Martin graduated from Cambridge with an M.Eng and BA (Hons) in Chemical Engineering.
He’s a proud dad of three children and passionate supporter of our tommee tippee brand.
Gary Dalziel - General Manager, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand

Gary Dalziel is Mayborn Group’s General Manager for the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
Our tommee tippee® brand is number one in the UK and Australia and this helps to underpin our global expansion – as we grow our share in markets around the world.
Gary also oversees development of our three largest global customer accounts – Amazon, Walmart and BabiesRUs – driving and sharing best practice across the business to ensure our customers enjoy a consistent first class tommee tippee® experience worldwide.
Gary joined Mayborn in 2007 as Global Customer and European Sales Director at a pivotal time in the company’s history. His appointment was part of a step change in the strategic leadership and direction of the company - following private equity firm 3i’s acquisition of the business.
Gary’s international customer management expertise has been a key driver in supporting our global expansion. He was appointed UK General Manager in 2010 and Australia was added to his remit in 2013.
His wealth of senior management experience at blue chip FMCG companies includes Kimberley Clark, Max Factor and Gillette. He spent 17 years at household brands company SC Johnson, where he was UK and European Sales Director, before heading up the company’s global Order to Cash (OTC) SAP implementation project.
Originally from Glasgow, Gary has lived in Budapest and the US. A keen sportsman and committed dad, he has a BA (Hons) Business Administration from Sheffield University.
Chris Parsons, General Manager, North America

When Chris Parsons joined Mayborn in 2014 as General Manager, North America it was the chance to build a lasting legacy with our tommee tippee® brand in the US that attracted him to the business.
Chris has a clear remit to drive growth across North America, and our US presence is now firmly established and growing rapidly - with our products on sale in the major US retailers including Walmart, BabiesRUs, Target and Amazon.
A driven and highly acclaimed sales and marketing senior executive, Chris has held top flight positions in a range of international organisations in the UK and US.
He has consistently surpassed ambitious growth targets across an impressive portfolio of brands. At Diageo plc, he successfully launched the company’s Reserve Brands as Vice President and, during his tenure as VP of Johnnie Walker, the brand enjoyed unprecedented success, with celebrity event marketing delivering record profits.
Chris joined Mayborn from the US National Football League where, as Senior Vice President of International, he delivered record revenues for the NFL’s international business and significantly grew its fan base across core markets.
Originally from Manchester in the UK, Chris graduated from Newcastle University with a BA in Economics and Business Management. He’s a keen sportsman and proud tommee tippee dad with a young son and twin daughters.
Ludovic Galand, General Manager, Europe and Emerging Markets

Ludovic Galand is Mayborn Group’s General Manager, Europe and Emerging Markets.
Ludovic says it was the company vision and the fantastic opportunity to play a key role in bringing our tommee tippee® brand from its strong UK position to a truly global position, that excited and attracted him to Mayborn.
Since joining the company in 2013, Ludovic has drawn on his in-depth knowledge of managing high level relationships with both distributors and retailers, to develop a route to market strategy that is tailored to meet our customers’ needs across Europe and Emerging Markets.
An inspirational leader, Ludovic is a highly experienced General Manager, with a passion for developing markets and teams, and leveraging global best practice.
His career spans multiple categories and countries. At Unilever, he progressed through Marketing and Sales roles to Commercial Director in France, reporting to the VP Europe, with a special focus on managing and reorganising distribution networks.
At Danone he managed several business units in Europe, before being appointed General Manager of the Dairy business in Tunisia. He went on to become General Manager of the Baby Nutrition business in Germany, before joining Mayborn.
Ludovic majored in Marketing at the EDHEC Business School in France and has an MBA from INSEAD.
A devoted dad to three daughters, Ludovic is based in our Paris office and travels extensively across Europe and Emerging Markets.
Neal Austin - Global Supply Chain Director

When Global Supply Chain Director Neal Austin joined Mayborn Group in July 2015 he says it was the chance to 'see supply chain from the other side' and make his mark in a growing global business that excited him.
A highly experienced Board Director, with a distinguished career in retail, Neal is now implementing a World Class Supply Chain Strategy that will set Mayborn apart from its competitors.
With a drive and determination to put Customer Service at the heart of Mayborn's global Supply Chain operations, Neal has direct responsibility for all Global Warehousing and Logistics operations.
His broad remit covers everything from Sales and Operational Planning to Inventory Management, Forecasting, Capacity Planning and Fulfilment - and he's passionate about ensuring that 'when mums go shopping for our products they're never disappointed'.
A family man, whose children were raised with tommee tippee® products, Neal has a wealth of retail knowledge and expertise and is committed to sharing best practice.
Originally from Kingston-upon-Hull in the UK, Neal graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BA (Hons) in Retail Management and Marketing.
With over 25 years' experience in the retail industry, Neal has held Board Level appointments at MFI and UK supermarket giants Asda and Morrisons.
An avid sports fan, Neal particularly enjoys rugby and cricket.
Simon Ely – Global Operations Director
"Mayborn is a dynamic and growing business. I want to help shape that growth by ensuring we continue to build relevance and awareness with parents."
Simon Ely is Global Operations Director at Mayborn Group.
He joined Mayborn from PepsiCo, where he spent sixteen years building upon his international career in Operations.
During this time, he worked within a broad European remit for top brands including Pepsi, Walkers and Quaker Oats, spending a year in Turkey leading Operations and Supply Chain for multiple product categories.
He was attracted to Mayborn in 2017 by the opportunity to work for a famous British brand. Simon was impressed by the company’s growth record and the strength of the Tommee Tippee brand which he is excited to help progress further.
Simon has a pragmatic approach and a keen focus on productivity and continuous improvement whilst building the quality credentials of the brand. These will be key to the next phase of Mayborn’s journey.
Simon has three children and two grandchildren. Having been a keen sportsman all his life, he now takes a particular interest in cricket in his spare time.
James Taylor - Chief Financial Officer

James Taylor is Mayborn Group’s Chief Financial Officer.
He joined in April 2017, excited by the ambition of the company and the passion behind the brand, which he believes has enormous potential.
With a broad remit covering Finance and Legal, James is looking forward to playing a key role in the next chapter of Mayborn’s journey. His competitive nature makes him ideally suited to help drive the acceleration of the company’s growth.
Prior to joining Mayborn, James worked as CFO at Anya Hindmarch, luxury bag retailer and at ghd, electrical haircare superbrand, as Director of Finance. Through these roles, he developed a wealth of experience in both Commercial and Corporate Finance activities.
James graduated with a BA (Hons) in Ancient History from Exeter University, before training as an Accountant and crafting his career in finance firstly within accountancy firms, then within investment property companies.
As a proud father of two daughters, James is a real ambassador of Tommee Tippee. Originally from Newcastle, but having spent most of his working life in London, he is delighted to be working back in his hometown.
