We aim to:

  • Families.

    Identify global Community Partnerships (CPs) that resonate with our brand and demonstrate responsible operating practices, whilst focusing on supporting babies, children and young people.

  • Families.

    Establish a minimum of one approved Community Partnership (CP) at each of our global sites, whilst also supporting a Global Charitable organisation.

  • Families.

    Develop annual Support Plans with our Community Partnerships (CPs) that provide mutual benefits, whilst establishing a Global Activity Register which measures the impact of our activities.

  • Families.

    Encourage employees to participate in activities that could benefit both the wider social environment and their personal development through participation in volunteering activities.

  • Families.

    Develop a global "LIFE Champions" network who are actively participating in our "a joyful start to LIFE" program and who meet regularly to share experiences, successes and best practices.

  • Innovation.

    Assign budgets and resources to establish a fair and consistent criteria for the global provision of product donations to charities and non-profit making organisations.
