Mark Stanworth - Chief Finance Officer

Mark Stanworth was appointed as Chief Finance Officer for Mayborn Baby & Child in September 2008 having been Group Financial Controller for Mayborn Group Limited since September 2006.

Mark is a previous Financial Director of 3i investment and has extensive experience in senior financial roles ranging from Kalon plc where he was the Group Financial Controller and then Financial Director for Ireland and UK, to Royal Bank of Scotland where he was Financial Director of the Car Division which included Dixon Motors, jamjar.com and Lombard Vehicle Management. Mark has a strong track record of cash forecasting and cash management in leveraged businesses as well as consolidating & developing Finance and IT functions in order to improve reporting and efficiency.

Mark also sits on the Board of Mayborn Group Limited, supporting Nish Kankiwala (CEO) and liaising with 3i and the Banking teams and is a qualified Chartered Accountant having trained and qualified with KPMG.
