Pete Dowson - Finance & IT Director

Pete Dowson began his career with Mayborn Baby & Child as Finance and IT Director in November 1999 and has responsibility for delivering and planning the key financial and control metrics for the business, together with providing IT and legal services.

Pete has seen significant change in the business throughout the years and has played a key part in driving change, through the implementation of systems, process and controls to facilitate business growth.

Prior to joining Mayborn, Pete began his career with Courtaulds Brands Group before moving to Swaddlers Ltd where he was Financial Controller / Company Secretary and then to Ringtons Ltd where he was Financial Director/Company Secretary. Pete is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
