Mayborn launches tommeetippee.fr to support parents in France

This April Mayborn Group, parent company to global baby brand tommee tippee©, launched its first online shop in France bringing its product range direct to the laptops and smartphones of French families.

This move is part of the organisation’s strategy to grow its direct to consumer sales, enabling the business to build greater depth and breadth of relationships with its consumers and capture vital consumer insights and behaviours as it continues to fuel international growth.

Commercial Director for EMEA, Ludovic Galant noted.  

“Launching in France is an important part of our growth strategy, having our own platform to talk directly to parents enables us to fully explain our brand story and be close to our consumers, understanding their daily challenges as they raise a family. It’s also great for the consumer, on our websites we can deliver unique product propositions with exclusives and bundle offers you can’t find anywhere else! We can also explain our sustainability agenda and in Europe, where change-time is our biggest category, we can use our DTC site to encourage mums and dads to shift to flat pack eco refills, helping to reduce the environmental impact of baby’s nappy changes with each twist and click they make.”

The launch of tommeetippee.fr follows the creation of sites for the UK and Australian markets supporting Mayborn’s continued digital growth complementing its established position in retail and grocery.
